Mitzi – India

Tim had the pleasure of creating a film clip for local legends, MITZI. ‘INDIA’ is their second single from their remarkable debut EP ‘All I Heard’. The EP was mixed by Jono Ma (Lost Valentino’s, Tracy Thorn, Teenagers in Tokyo) at Ewan Pearson’s (The Rapture, M83, Delphic, Junior Boys) studio in Berlin. The result blends the sounds of garage disco, NYC indie and the light heartedness of Australian pop into one killer record.

We shot INDIA on the north coast of New South Wales, amidst a dark summer storm. Working directly with the band we were able to create something that took the song out of it’s smooth, discotheque habitat and into a grittier, unrefined and unpredictable place.
